Simply choose 2, 1, or none of each item to make up a total of 12 selections for one low price!  Available in single ($80), double ($135), or family ($250) sizes.


Indian Butter Chicken with fluffy Basmati Rice – Tender Alberta Chicken Breast cooked in a slightly spicy Indian butter chicken sauce. Serve with basmati rice (uncooked rice included)

Chili Lime Chicken legs – Fresh plump chicken legs marinated in a spicy chili lime hot sauce. Bake in the oven and try a ranch dipping sauce on the side.  

Tangy Baked Pork Chops - This pork chop recipe includes onion, lemon, chili powder, brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar. Try one or 2 of our sides with this.

Thai Sirloin Steaks -  Thai flavors of sesame, chilies and lime blend with grilled beef.

Grilled Haddock Fillets with Citrus Salsa - The citrus salsa and haddock combination is as healthy as it is tasty and that’s saying a lot!

Poached Salmon -  4 oz Wild Salmon Fillets poached in a tasty chunky tomato cilantro sauce.

Cranberry Walnut Stuffed Chicken Breasts Wrapped in Bacon – Plump fresh chicken breast stuffed with our cranberry walnut pesto and cream cheese then wrapped in smoky bacon. Try our oven baked potato trilogy with these for a special supper.

Mahi Mahi Tacos – You'll love these tender and wonderful-tasting fish tacos.

Empanadas - Another hand held pie our light tender shells are filled with ground beef, ground pork, potatoes, onions, garlic and spices. Serve with a crisp salad.

Black Thai Pork – Fresh pork cut into strips and coated with chili powder, ginger, garlic salt and pepper then the sauce is salsa, peanut butter, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, molasses and water.  Serve over rice noodles.

London Broil Bison Flat iron Steaks This classic recipe for London Broil includes a 6 ounce Bison Flat Iron Steak marinated in balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and red wine which makes it extra tender. $10.00 each. * requires additional heating time when preparing

Mild Coconut Curry Beef Tenderloin – A 3 ounce Pan seared Alberta fillet mignon finished off in a light curry sauce. Comes with cooked basmati rice and steamed broccoli. $8.50 per serving
